At Activate by Hardrock we focus on delivering awesome birthday parties for children aged between 5-16 years old. Our parties include a minimum of 1 hour of adventurous activities and 30 minutes in your private party room with our delicious party food.
Our amazing, fun and friendly team will be on hand to assist you with your booking from start to finish!

– 4 EASY STEPS TO BOOK BIRTHDAY PARTIES –
Book online and pay a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking
Send out the party invites that we send to you and collect in the RSVPs
Confirm your final numbers and booking details 7 days prior to the party date
Make the final payment for your party when you arrive at the venue
– IMPORTANT PARTY INFORMATION –
All participants must wear comfortable loose fitting clothing including runners (All climbers must wear footwear).
Always book for the number you are inviting to guarantee their spots.
Numbers can be lowered to the minimum of 10 up to 1 week prior to the event.
Once Final Payment is made no Credit or Refund will be offered for No shows or absent participants.
We recommend guests arriving 10-15 minutes early to be ready for the safety brief at the hour.
Room access is not available prior to and during Climbing time.
Unfortunately we are unable to allow Piñatas or Party Poppers.
All Participants will need a valid waiver.
