Activate by Hardrock is an indoor climbing and activity centre, located in Heatherton. Our activities include a selection of over 30 fun and engaging climbs, the Leap of Faith and Vertical drop Slide and 85+ meters of ultra-realistic caving tunnels.

We currently have openings for mature climbing floor staff as well as reception and cafe.

In order to be considered, you must: 

• be regularly available weekends.
• have an outgoing personality.
• have the ability to manage large groups of excited children.
• be able to communicate with (sometimes stressed) parents.
• have some climbing experience. Note: you do not need to be a professional, however you will need to climb at times so if you are resistant to heights, this job may not be for you.
• have customer service experience.
• be over 18 yrs of age.
• have a Valid Working With Children Check.
• hold a valid CPR and 1st aid certificate (can be obtained after employment).

While the majority of hours are on the weekends, there can also be week day hours, some nights, and day shifts during school holidays.
