About the Role
We are currently seeking casual customer service team members to join our team. This is not your average job — every shift is different! We’re looking for true all-rounders who are happy to rotate across:
Climbing Floor
- Supervising climbers and ensuring safety procedures are followed
- Encouraging and motivating kids and families
- Delivering safety briefings with confidence and energy
- Creating an unforgettable, fun experience for every guest
- Assisting in hosting fun, action-packed children’s parties
Reception
- Welcoming guests with a big smile and great attitude
- Handling bookings, waivers, and payments
- Answering enquiries in person and over the phone
- Keeping the front desk organised and professional
Café Service
- Preparing and serving food & drinks
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Delivering friendly, efficient customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Amazing with kids – patient, upbeat, and engaging
- High energy & outgoing personality
- Confident speaking to groups
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working on your feet
- A true team player willing to help wherever needed
- Availability for weekends, school holidays & peak periods
Previous hospitality, childcare, sport, or customer service experience is a bonus — but personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most!
